Valley Haggard of Life in 10 Minutes and Suzanne L. Vinson of Silver Tree Art present Sacred Rebellion: Honoring Our Selves Through Writing and Art. A full day retreat on Saturday, September 29th, from 10-3 at the Life in 10 Minutes space near Carytown. Spend the day with Valley and Suzanne and honor the sacred and the rebellion with a morning filled with writing and an afternoon of art. Valley will call forth sacred stories, 10 minutes at a time, pausing for readings, reflections, and then more writing. Her gentle and genuine presence will bring forth and honor all the stories, even for those who have never written before. In the afternoon Suzanne will guide you into the artwork called forth from the morning of writing with Valley. With breaks for movement, meditation, and experimentation, Suzanne will tie all the wisdom gleaned from writing with Valley into her authentic artwork style - a chance to experiment and play.
