We will gather for a time to pause and practice mindfulness and reflect through mark making and journaling, meditation, and creative expression. Each M+C will employ these practices with a fresh theme and invitations, meeting virtually via Zoom from Noon-1 pm EST*. If you are unable to attend, a recording will be sent to you within 48 hours.
