No experience required. Just show up as you are.
What to expect
Meditation :: Guided mindfulness practice to arrive, settle, and open.
Mark-Making & Journaling :: Creative prompts for writing, drawing, painting, or collage — whatever calls to you.
Fresh Theme Each Month :: Each gathering is built around a new theme — a lens for reflection and creative exploration.
Recording + Outline :: Can't make it live? A recording and full outline with additional prompts are sent within 48 hours.

Before you arrive
If you're able, set up outside or near a window. Take a moment to step outdoors — breathe deeply, feel the ground beneath your feet, take in what surrounds you. Arrive with a spirit of gratitude and a little spaciousness. That's the only preparation you need.
Gather whatever you have on hand:
Paper or journal to write on
Pen or pencil
Paper to mark, draw, or paint on
Pencils, markers, or watercolors
Water (for paints or to sip)
Your favorite cup of something warm
Scissors & glue for collage
Anything else that calls to you
