Your ordinary days are already sacred. They just need a little attention.
The Soul Care Starter Kit is a free 13-page downloadable PDF — a sampler plate before the feast. Inside you'll find four practices drawn from the heart of my work as an artist, ordained minister, and soul care guide. No experience required. No right way to begin. Just an invitation to tend to yourself — the way you tend to everyone else — in the midst of your ordinary, beautiful, messy life.
Inside the kit ::
✦ Practice 1 — A Guided Meditation: Notice Through Your Senses A five-minute seated practice for arriving, settling, and opening. Begin with your breath. Notice what you hear, what you feel, what you see. Name three things you are grateful for right now. This is awareness. This is enough.
✦ Practice 2 — An Art Prompt: Breathing Marks You don't need to be an artist. You need only a pen and a piece of paper. Breathe in, make a mark. Breathe out, make a mark. Let your breath set the pace. When you're done, look at what you made — a record of your breath, your life made visible in real time.
✦ Practice 3 — A Journaling Practice: Listening Within Five open prompts for whatever you're carrying right now. Begin with whichever one calls to you. Free write, make lists, write any way you choose. Only what is welcome is invited in.
✦ Practice 4 — Meditation as Prayer: The Metta The loving kindness practice — beginning with yourself and growing outward. May I be happy and healthy. May we. May all. One of the most powerful practices I know for returning to compassion when the world feels heavy.
Closes with a benediction, a blessing, and an invitation to go deeper — into Soul Care Weekly, Meditate + Create, and the full Art of Daily Living community.
Begin anew daily.
Download it now. Begin whenever you're ready.
