A close up fresh bloom found in the inner landscape of untamed, present and powerful WILDNESS. There is a tending to the inner wildness where the interior conditions enable it to grow, to thrive. While reflective of the outer landscape, what’s within knows only how to express itself in unending harmony and becoming.

One of three pieces representing my own wildness in a variety of forms - a landscape view of wildness, a single stem growing wild, and a wild scene hidden within and underneath portals - vignettes of the image beneath. Handwritten hopes and wise words, transparent and opaque layers, acrylic paint, acrylic ink, pencil, linseed oil pigments, oil pastels, and gold leaf adorn these pieces.
